Location and Lodging

The conference will be held at the Drury Plaza Hotel - San Antonio Riverwalk, 105 South St. Mary's Street, San Antonio, Texas.

The hotel has set aside a block of rooms at the rate of $142.99 single, $152.99 double including a buffet breakfast, evening receptions, internet, 60 min of long distance calls. Make your room reservations directly with the hotel (1 800 325 0720 or online at www.druryhotels.com and quote group number 2088377). Please identify your attendance at the IFTPS event. The cut-off date for discounted rates has been extended to February 4, 2011. Guarantee your reservations in order to be assured of the lower room rate.

Registration and Fees

The conference registration fee provides lunch and refreshments both days, complimentary refreshments at the reception and all conference materials. Cost of the hotel accommodations and other meals are not included. All payments are in US dollars.

Guest Lunch and Reception Tickets

Tickets for spouses and guests attending lunches or the reception will be available at a charge of $20.00 per event.

Annual Membership Dues

Annual membership renewals of $60 USD are due January 1, 2011. If convenient, you may include your payment with your registration to ensure that you receive the member registration rates.
