The Institute for Thermal Processing Specialists is pleased to announce the creation of the Irving J. Pflug Undergraduate Scholarship. This award in the amount of $1000 will be awarded annually to a student studying food science, food engineering or applied microbiology.

Eligibility

All undergraduate enrolled in an accredited university program are eligible to enter.
